Official Terms of Service for HubSMP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the HubSMP Minecraft server (play.hubsmp.com), joining our Discord, or using our website (hubsmp.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Server Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a legitimate (non-cracked) Minecraft account.

• You must follow Mojang/Microsoft’s Minecraft Terms of Use and EULA.

• Players under 13 years old should have parental permission to play and use Discord.

3. Account Linking

Access to the main world requires linking your Minecraft account to our Discord server. You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Minecraft accounts secure. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

4. Server Rules

All players must follow the official Server Rules available at: https://www.hubsmp.com/gameplay-info/rules

Key points include:

• No griefing, stealing, or harassment

• Respect Towny claims

• No cheating, x-ray, or exploits

• PVP only in designated areas with mutual agreement

Breaking the rules may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

5. Donations & Store

HubSMP is not pay-to-win. Ranks and cosmetic perks available in the store are optional and do not provide gameplay advantages over non-donating players. All purchases are final unless required by law.

6. Player Content

You retain ownership of builds and content you create. By playing on HubSMP, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your builds on our website, map, Discord, and promotional materials.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use modified clients that provide unfair advantages

• Advertise other servers

• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items

• Attempt to disrupt the server or other players’ experience

• Share personal information of other players

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player for violating these Terms or the Server Rules, with or without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

HubSMP is an independent community server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft in any way. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.The server is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the world will never be reset (although we aim for a permanent world).

10. Limitation of Liability

HubSMP and its staff are not liable for any loss of items, progress, or data. Play at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes means you accept the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website.
