## Towns & Nations | HUBSMP

### Getting Started with Towny

**Create a Town**

* `/t create [name]` (costs 500 emeralds)

**Claim Land**

* Stand in the chunk → `/t claim`
* You can claim up to **25 chunks** by default.

**Daily Upkeep**

* Costs **25 emeralds per chunk per day**
* Minimum cost: **100 emeralds per day**
* Upkeep is taken from the **Towny town account**, not from an EmeraldBank `/bank` account.

**Need More Land?**

* Buy Bonus Blocks with `/t buy bonus [amount]`
* Each Bonus Block costs **1000 emeralds**

**Control Mobs**

* `/t toggle mobs` — Turn mobs on or off in your town (useful for farms)

### Other Town Commands

* `/t deposit [amount]` — Deposit emeralds from your wallet into the Towny town account (this pays upkeep)
* `/t add [player]` — Invite players
* `/t set spawn` — Set your town spawn
* `/t` — View your town info
* `/t leave` — Leave a town
* `/t delete` — Delete your town (if mayor)

`/t deposit` is Towny. `/bank` is EmeraldBank. They are not the same pot. Details: [Living Villages](/other/living-villages.md).
